We left Williams, Az around 6:30am this morning riding I-40 west to 93 North. This allowed us to go through the mountain ranges of Juniper, Aquarius, Hualapi and The Black Mountains. Also we rode through Kaibab National Forest out of Williams. We got to Lake Mead and The Hoover Dam at 11:30, the heat was right down hot (117) and a couple from New York allowed us to get into their RV to cool down and have some cold water. This was greatly appreciated and heaven sent for Michele was really in need of cooling down. Thanks to those fine people we were able to ride across the dam and go on in to Henderson Nv. and we able call it a earlier day. It was a short day but we were still blessed, for God did place that couple in our path, for he knew our need at that time. So lesson learned that God is always in control even when you don’t think so. We only rode 233 miles today bring total to 4280.
