We left Henderson, Nv. at 5:30am this morning riding up 95 North along The Amargosa Desert and The Paiute Mesa, which started with a beautiful sunrise. Stopped at Beatty, Nv. for breakfast, were their claim is the Gateway to Death Valley. Rode to 266 West over to California 168 West across The White Mountains (reference to Dargon Tail Of The West) plenty of turns, cutbacks, dips and narrow roads. Also riding through Inyo National Forest to Hwy. 395 with The Sierra Mountains to the West. Made it to Bishop, Ca. for the day with plans to go into Yosemite National Park tomorrow. We have ended our days here earlier due to the heat. Miles today 282 and the total 4562. God’s beauty never ceases to amaze me with his creations. So just take time to see his beauty in what is around you.
