Today started with Rick and Rose meeting a Bishop and his translator from the Congo who was preaching in the area. After breakfast Rick and Rose spend the day with Nathan and family (Rick’s son). While Michele, Sonya, Kathy, Sheila, Mike, Linda and Paul had to have a little Hunk Hunk Burning Love by spending the day at Graceland. Larry, David and I did some sight-seeing around Beale Street. When all return to the hotel we had lunch at a (Mom and Pop’s) place called E’s, I would not recommend this 24/7 diner to anyone because of the service and/or the music factor for our generation. The desk clerk at the hotel said “only eat their has a have to place” of course that was after the fact. Later in the evening we all went back to Beale Street for dinner at The Blues Cafe, great ribs and company. Then we journeyed Beale Street for some more sight-seeing. Kathy, Michele, Larry and I remained to hear Dr. Feelgood Potts and Big Freddy play some Blues while the others returned to call it a night. In closing when you can spend time with family and friends you are truly blessed with God’s gracious Love for all.
