We left this morning to cool temps and clear skies, out 395 South through the Serria Mountains and their foothills. Also, we drove through several National Forests, Toiyabe, Mona Basin, Inyo. Traveled by the lakes of the Serria’s, like Tahoe, Topaz, June and Mammoth. Then we rolled into Bishop CA about lunch time where we met Brother Don Diamond Wilhoit, I met him on Facebook, He is a pastor and the president of Servants of Christ CMC and works with Set Free Church in Oceanside,California.we had lunch and great fellowship then departed ways. Michele and I headed North on US6 to Tonopah, NV and Don back home. traveling through the high deserts of Nevada and fighting the strong cross winds, then crossing Boundary Peak the highest point in Nevada at 13143 feet. we finally arrived to Tonopah, NV for the evening, after having dinner at The Tonopah Brewing Company recommended to us for their BBQ., Yes, another good choice. Ready to call it a day. How awesome is it to sit down with a brother a couple of thousand miles away to break bread and have a wonderful fellowship in the Lord. Amen
